Lou Fresolone

Chief Financial Officer

Lou joined LargaVista as CFO in May 1993. Lou has been responsible for overseeing all finance, accounting and administrative functions for LargaVista. Together with Marcello Porcelli, Lou helped plan and manage the conversion of LargaVista from a petroleum retail operating company to a real estate development, investment, and management firm.

For seven years prior to joining LargaVista, Lou was Controller of The World Brands, which was engaged in the retailing and real estate industries in the New York City metropolitan area. His prior employment was as Vice President, Treasurer and Controller of Quality Care, a national publicly held provider of home health care products and services, which he helped grow from $28 million to $200 million prior to its sale to Grand Metropolitan Plc. Lou has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1981.
